Sadie Amara Calvano is an actress from America who has garnered fame for portraying Violet Plunkett in the CBS sitcom 'Mom'. Calvano born in California, was originally interested in competing gymnastics. In the end, however, Calvano chose to pursue acting as a profession. Her first appearance on screen was in 2010, in an Episode of CBS's 'NCIS. The actress made her debut on the big screen within a year with the biographical film "J Edgar". She quickly became one of the most talented young actors to be seen throughout the decades. In 2011, she received a Young Artist Award nomination for the Best Actress on a TV Series and guest Actress 11-15. In 2013 she was nominated to win another Young Artist Award for her performance as a guest in the Disney XD comedy show 'Kickin' it'. Calvano played a major role in "Mom", the series' first three season in addition to making several cameos in Season 4. Calvano's role being a rising star on Mom was recognized with an award called the Gracie Allen Award, which is awarded to female actors.
